I have always been fascinated by the way the world is constructed and how it takes its toll on the people I meet and read about — psychologically, emotionally and spiritually. I love to write about people who disconnect from society and their internal journey as they disassemble and reassemble themselves.

After graduating from Aberystwyth University with a BA in English Literature and Creative Writing, I studied for a PGCE at Cambridge University and taught language and literature in secondary schools in England, China and Romania. In 2019, I decided to devote most of my time to writing — what I love to do best — and a year later graduated from Brunel University with an MA in Novel Writing and the first three chapters of my debut novel.

I currently live in London, and continue to teach part-time, whilst I complete my novel — a literary exploration of life in a colony, post-Earth.
